STORE PAYMENT AND RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
- No cash, credit card, or ATM refunds
- All regularly priced items are exchangeable for store credit only within 14 days of receipt purchase date with original or copy of receipt.
- Sale items are non-exchangeable/refundable. All sales final.
- Leftover credit from exchanges cannot be refunded, but can be placed onto a Premier Gift Card.
- Store credit for returned phone/mail order items applies to the price of the goods plus applicable sales tax only.
- We are unable to reimburse postage expenses unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These cannot be refunded.
- Items purchased for others as Christmas presents from Nov 24-Dec 24th are exchangeable up to Jan 15th regardless of purchase date. This is a special exception to the 14-day exchange rule.
