Premier Boutique is a premium footwear and apparel shop located in San Mateo, California.  We offer major brand footwear, independent clothing, accessories, & more!  The focus of Premier is to provide a venue to showcase the latest causal trends in footwear and apparel. We strive to provide our customers with the best customer service possible. Without them, our store would be nothing! In addition to our fine selection of fashion-forward brands and designers, we also have Premier Brand clothing available.

Premier Boutique is located in downtown San Mateo, California USA. This is approximately 15 miles south of San Francisco. The store is located at 132 East 3rd Ave, just off the 101 3rd Ave (West) exit.

Q: How do I order from Premier Boutique?
A: Just click on the items you are interested in. From there you can add to your shopping cart. Click the checkout link to pay.

Q: How quickly will my order ship out?
A: Most orders are shipped the next business day. This doesn't include weekends or holiday's. Typically, orders received before 1pm (PST) will be shipped the same business day. Premier does reserve the right to ship within 3 business days. However, this is not typical.

Q: Will I receive a order confirmation?
A: Yes, a order confirmation will be shipped upon completion of payment. Furthermore, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed upon completion. This will be sent to the email account you sign in/order with.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: This can vary depending on the method of shipping you pick. Please keep in mind that items are being shipped from California. Please pick you shipping method accordingly.

Q: Do you ship international? What about taxes?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Shipping methods include USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. This takes 3-5 days (Express) or 5-10 days (Priority) on average. Premier Boutique is not responsible for any tariffs/taxes incurred in foreign nations. Please check with your local authorities for tax responsibility. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  and Discover. We also accept Paypal. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Premier will gladly accept items for return within 21 days of the package arrival. Store credit, exchange, or refund will be issued upon receipt of your original item. Shipping expenses are non-refundable for all reasons non-error related. All returns to Premier Boutique require a Return Authorization Number. Please contact a sales agent at [email protected] for authorization. All returned items must be in new/unworn condition. Furthermore, all boxes/tags/packaging must be affixed in it's original condition. Items must be in new/re-sellable condition. Premier Boutique reserves the right to deny any return/exchange that doesn't meet these conditions. All return costs are born by the customer. This includes any return costs from the customer to Premier Boutique. The shipping expense incurred for exchange for U.S. orders only will be covered by Premier Boutique. International shipping expense incurred due to exchange will be paid by the customer.  
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: All orders that include a California sales tax are charged 9% All orders outside of California do not incur sales tax.

Q: Can I use a credit or gift card from your Retail store on the Premier Online Store?
A: No, this is not currently compatible due to software issues. Retail store credits are only applicable in store. Please contact a sales representative via email or phone to help you with this situation.
